These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and btcuci ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://btcuci.co, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support features available therein. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the btcuci platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
Important: btcuci is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be aged 21 years or older to register an account and access any gaming or betting service. Minors are absolutely prohibited from using this platform. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
1.1 To register a btcuci account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or household address, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
1.3 During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile number. btcuci reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within 72 hours may result in account restriction or closure.
1.4 btcuci may, at its sole discretion, refuse a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, in accordance with its internal compliance and risk management procedures.
2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btcuci login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
2.2 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify btcuci support immediately via Live Chat. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
2.3 Your account is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit another person to access or use your btcuci account.
2.4 Accounts that are dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee as notified by btcuci, or may be closed with any remaining balance returned to the last verified payment method on file.
3.1 All financial transactions on the btcuci platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
3.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the btcuci finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect member accounts from unauthorised fund transfers.
3.3 Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operations. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. btcuci accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
3.4 btcuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Members may be required to provide additional documentation, including source-of-funds evidence, where the platform deems this necessary for compliance purposes.
3.5 Any deposit made by a third party on behalf of a member will be returned to the funding source. Third-party deposits are prohibited without prior written authorisation from btcuci compliance.
4.1 All bets and wagers placed on btcuci are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and the sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
4.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the btcuci system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details, including selection, stake amount, and odds, prior to confirmation.
4.3 btcuci reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a system error or human error. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the member's account balance in full.
4.4 The use of artificial intelligence, automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage on the btcuci platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be utilising such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
4.5 btcuci reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes, impose winnings caps, restrict access to certain markets, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion and without being required to provide an explanation.
5.1 All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by btcuci are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded by btcuci are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
5.3 btcuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, bonus funds not yet subject to a valid wagering commitment will be removed from the account.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordination with other members to exploit bonus terms, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion — is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

7.2 Any suspected breach of this section will be reported to the relevant authorities. btcuci cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigations involving suspected criminal activity on its platform.
8.1 All content on the btcuci platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of btcuci or its licensed providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants members any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any btcuci intellectual property without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btcuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 btcuci does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may affect availability. We will endeavour to notify members in advance of planned maintenance where practicable.
10.1 btcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that a member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
10.2 Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to the member's last verified payment method.
11.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of btcuci. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the dispute resolution mechanisms specified by btcuci's licensing authority.
12.1 btcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform or by email to the registered address. Your continued use of the btcuci platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page.
