Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.
Support communication records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
Technical and usage logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and analytics purposes.

6.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be linked to any individual.
